Some of the plugins/additions listed include: Interface changes, Reference Contact Builder, Review Share, Kudos, User Interactions, Zendesk integration, Google Analytics integration, Social Share integration, Push Notification integration, Monthly Account Statement, Events, Product Quiz, Surprixe points, and more.

The user interface of the section is designed to provide easy and intuitive navigation, with options to filter the cards based on Analytics and Reports, Messaging, Interface, Integration, Community, Advocacy, and other categories. This allows business owners to quickly find the plugins/additions that best meet their needs and objectives.

Once a business owner selects an option that they are interested in, it is moved to the "Under Development" bucket, from where they can monitor its progress. The business owner can also mark certain options as "Favorites", which will be moved to the "Favorites" bucket for easy access and reference. With this comprehensive and user-friendly platform, NextBee makes it easy for business owners to enhance their loyalty program and achieve their desired results.

# Growth Ideas

The Growth Ideas section on the Success Playbook page provides the business owner with a range of tools and resources to enhance the effectiveness of their loyalty program. These tools and resources are presented in a visually appealing manner, with each card providing an overview of the specific service being offered. Some examples of the services included are Alternate Personalized Experience, User Training, Usability Analysis, Data Analysis and Segmentation, Embedded Admin Portal, Influencer Promotions, Partner Ambassadors, Media Promotions, Advocate Activation, Physical Mailers, Contests and Sweepstakes, Competitive Research, Promotional Videos.

By clicking the "Read More" button on each card, the business owner can access additional information and details about each service. This includes two options for each service - Green Option and Gold Option - which differ in cost and the services they include. The business owner can select the option that best meets their needs, and track the progress of their service in the Under Development section. This allows the business owner to effectively evaluate and implement the tools and resources that are most relevant and impactful for their loyalty program.

# Utility Score

The Utility Score section in the Success Playbook page of the NextBee Loyalty Program dashboard provides a comprehensive evaluation of the program's performance and utility. The section is comprised of four thermometer charts, which measure the utility level of the program in terms of Messages, Activities, Incentives, and Monitoring.

The Messages section includes sub-parameters such as Promotional Messages, Message Targeting (Recipients), Message Open Rate, Message Click-Through Rate, and Message Freshness. Each of these parameters is displayed as a thermometer chart, with a score range of 0 to 100%.

The Activities section displays graphics of engagement activities, participant login, per-session activities, new registrations, and activities coverage (all types of activities), each with a score range of 0 to 100%.

The Incentives section shows sub-parameters such as Incentive Options, Breakage Level, Incentives Level, Pending Rewards, and Bonus Rewards, each with a score range of 0 to 100%.

The Monitoring section includes sub-parameters such as Logins By Admin, Scheduled Reports, Override Actions, Product Training, and Product Planning, each with a score range of 0 to 100%.

A question mark icon is displayed next to each section, which, when clicked, displays detailed help text about the metric being measured. On the top of these sections, there is a Speedometer dial chart that displays an overall aggregate score, which can range from 0 to 100%.

This section contains a large number of videos that are stacked in a left-sidebar and can be easily accessed by clicking on each video. The videos are designed to provide a step-by-step guide to using various pages within the NextBee Insights Dashboard and are designed to be easy to follow and understand. The built-in video player allows the user to watch the videos within the application, making it convenient and easy to access the training materials. These videos are an invaluable resource for those who want to get the most out of the NextBee Insights Dashboard and fully utilize its features to enhance their loyalty program.
