# Notification Content

The Notification Content tab is a section within the reward options settings that allows you to customize the content of your notifications. In this tab, you can create and edit the email templates that will be sent to recipients when they redeem a reward or when their reward is fulfilled.

In the case of the reward option in question, there are two emails that have been configured: the Reward Redemption Acknowledgement Notification and the Reward Fulfillment Notification. These emails will be sent to the recipient at different stages of the reward process.

The Reward Redemption Acknowledgement Notification is the first email that will be sent to the recipient after they have redeemed their reward. This email serves as confirmation of their redemption and should include important details such as the reward name, the redemption date, and any other relevant information about the reward.

The Reward Fulfillment Notification is the second email that will be sent to the recipient once their reward has been fulfilled. This email should include details about how the recipient can access or receive their reward, such as a redemption code or instructions on how to claim the reward.

# Reward Redemption Acknowledgement Notification

When the user clicks on the "Yes" option button for this notification, a form for creating the email will open.

The form will include a textbox for the subject line, which should clearly convey the purpose of the email. This subject line is important as it will be the first thing the recipient sees in their email inbox.

The email body can be created using the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor. This editor allows the user to format the text, add images, and create links without needing to know HTML code. The editor will display a preview of the email as it is being created, making it easy to see how it will look to the recipient.

If the user is comfortable creating their own HTML content, they can also upload a file using the file upload button. This can be useful if the user has an existing template that they would like to use or if they prefer to work with HTML code directly.

If the reward is in edit mode, the user can preview or download the existing template. This allows them to see how the email was previously formatted and make any necessary changes.

Once the email has been created or edited to the user's satisfaction, they can save the changes and the email will be sent to the recipient.

# Reward Fulfillment Notification

The Reward Fulfillment Notification is an email that is sent to the recipient once their reward has been fulfilled. This email should include details about how the recipient can access or receive their reward, such as a redemption code or instructions on how to claim the reward.

The form for creating the Reward Fulfillment Notification is similar to the form for creating the Reward Redemption Acknowledgement Notification. When the user clicks on the "Yes" option button for this notification, a form for creating the email will open.

The form will include a textbox for the subject line, which should clearly convey the purpose of the email. The email body can be created using the WYSIWYG editor or by uploading a file with HTML content. If the reward is in edit mode, the user can preview or download the existing template.

It is important to make sure that the Reward Fulfillment Notification email is clear, concise, and provides all necessary information to the recipient. This email is the final communication in the reward process and should provide the recipient with everything they need to claim their reward.

Once the email has been created or edited to the user's satisfaction, they can save the changes and the email will be sent to the recipient. The Reward Fulfillment Notification is a crucial part of the reward process as it is the final confirmation that the recipient has successfully redeemed their reward.
