The Reports menu of the NextBee Loyalty Insights Dashboard is a powerful tool for analyzing and understanding the performance of your loyalty program. All Events report: This report provides an overview of all events that have been recorded in the loyalty program, including the new configurations created, activities, points, rewards etc as a textual summary.

Members report: This report provides detailed information about the members of the loyalty program, including their name, email, sign-up date, and more. The report also includes information about their loyalty activity, such as the number of points earned, the number of rewards redeemed, and the number of events attended.

Member Attributes report: This report provides information about the attributes of the members of the loyalty program, such as any custom data entered by the business owner or team member.

Activities report: This report provides information about the activities that members have performed in the loyalty program, such as writing a blog, participating in a quiz, purchasing a product, rating a product, etc.

Sales Report: This report provides information about the sales that have been generated by the business, including the average order value, and the conversion rate.

Points Summary report: This report provides a summary of the points that have been earned, redeemable, expired, and redeemed by the members of the loyalty program.
