# Redeem Rewards

The Redeem Rewards Screen in the NextBee Product Dashboard enables business owners to redeem rewards on behalf of their customers. This screen comes in handy when customers are not able to redeem their rewards themselves or are not aware of the redemption process. The screen contains several fields that help in making the redemption process seamless and straightforward.

The first field is the Reward Type selection list, where the business owner can choose the type of reward they want to redeem. Upon selection, a list of rewards will be presented in a dropdown list, where the business owner can select the specific reward option.

There are two options to redeem rewards, either based on the customer's email or based on the client's business id. If email is selected, there will be a form field for email, otherwise, there will be a form field for the business id. After entering the email or business id, the next step is to enter the number of rewards to be redeemed. As soon as the quantity is entered, the required points for redemption will automatically be displayed in the Points field. However, the business owner can change the number of points as needed.

There is also a Notes field where the business owner can enter the Reward Redemption Details. This field is particularly useful for tracking and keeping a record of the redemption process. Additionally, there is a checkbox given saying "Also fulfill the reward." If this checkbox is checked, the reward status will be set to fulfilled instead of redeemed.
