The Promotions tab in the NextBee Loyalty Insights Dashboard provides a comprehensive solution for managing and executing marketing promotions for your loyalty program. It covers five main sections, which include: Messaging, Scheduled Emails, Auto Triggering Offers, Exporting Reports, and Interface for Inviting Members.

# Messaging

The messaging section allows you to effectively communicate with your customers through personalized messages. This contributes to increased participation in your loyalty program and provides a way to measure the success of your promotions. Additionally, messaging is cost-effective.

# Scheduled Emails

The scheduled emails section allows you to create pre-defined messages based on specific criteria of your program participants.

The list export section allows you to create filters to export a list of filtered participants as a comma-separated file.
