# Project Tracking

The Project Tracking page is useful for tracking the tasks related to the business owner's Loyalty Promotion Website during the development stage as well as for support. Typically, clients must log in to the Asana dashboard, a third-party project management system. Instead of allowing the client to navigate to multiple websites, NextBee has provided this simple feature for viewing all Asana tickets within the Insights dashboard.

# Creating an Asana Account:

The first step is for the business owner to create an Asana account by going to https://app.asana.com. To create an account, NextBee will send an invitation to the client at the start of the relationship with the business owner. The client must open the email, click on the link provided, and fill out the form with basic registration information. That's it.

# Authenticate Asana through the NextBee Dashboard:

Initially, the Project Tracking page only had one button that said Authenticate with Asana. The business owner must click on the button to open an Asana sign-on window where he or she must enter the credentials created during Asana registration.

Once the credentials have been successfully entered, the page will take some time to retrieve all of the project details from Asana, including tasks, comments, and so on. Once completed, a beautiful Asana dashboard is displayed within the NextBee Insights dashboard.
