Offers are a key feature of the NextBee Loyalty Program that can be used to drive engagement and loyalty among customers. There are four types of offers available in the NextBee Loyalty Program, each with its own unique benefits and use cases:

# Buy Now Offers

These offers provide customers with discounts or other incentives to encourage them to make a purchase. Buy Now Offers can be a powerful tool for businesses looking to increase sales and drive revenue.

# Upsell Offers

These offers provide customers with incentives to upgrade to a higher-priced product or service. Upsell Offers can be a great way for businesses to increase their average order value and generate more revenue per customer.

# Advocacy Offers

These offers provide customers with incentives to refer their friends and family to the business. Advocacy Offers can be a powerful tool for businesses looking to increase their customer base and drive word-of-mouth marketing.

# List of Offer Settings

The List of Offer Settings is a screen within the NextBee Loyalty Program that allows businesses to view and manage their different offers. The screen contains several columns of information, including ID, Offer Name, Offer Type, Start Date, End Date, Status, and Action.

The ID column displays a unique identifier for each offer, while the Offer Name column displays the name of the offer. The Offer Type column indicates the type of offer, which can be Buy Now, Upsell, Advocacy, or Engagement. The Start Date and End Date columns display the dates during which the offer is valid, while the Status column indicates whether the offer is currently active or inactive.

In addition to the columns of information, the List of Offer Settings screen includes several tools for managing and filtering the list of offers. Businesses can use the filter to minimize the list of offers by selected criteria, such as Offer Type or Status. The screen also includes pagination to allow businesses to navigate through multiple pages of offers.

In the top right corner of the List of Offer Settings screen, there is a button for creating a new offer setting. Clicking this button opens a form that allows businesses to create a new offer by entering details such as the Offer Name, Offer Type, and Start Date and End Date.

Overall, the List of Offer Settings screen is a powerful tool for businesses in managing their offers and driving engagement and loyalty among their customers. # Create new Offer

# Basic Data

Create New Offer is a screen within the Offers tab that allows businesses to create and configure new offers. The screen includes several columns of information, including Offer Category, Offer Name, Activity Name, Start Date, and End Date.

The Offer Category field allows businesses to select one of four types of offers: Buy Now Offers, Upsell Offers, Advocacy Offers, or Engagement Offers. Depending on the selected offer category, additional columns will appear on the screen with relevant configuration options.

If Buy Now Offer type is selected, the screen will include a Discount Type field with two options: Shared Coupon and Personal Coupon. If Shared Coupon is selected, a text box will appear for entering the shared coupon. If Personal Coupon is selected, three options will appear: Api Endpoint, Upload Coupon Codes, and Generate Codes. If Api Endpoint is selected, a text box will appear for entering the api url for offer redemption. If Upload Codes is selected, a file upload button will appear for uploading the coupon file. If Generate Codes is selected, the coupons will be automatically generated by the system and cached, and users can give details like No of Codes, No of Characters of reach code, Start with Prefix, and Expiry Date.

If Upsell Offer type is selected, the screen will include fields for Next Message Interval (in days) and Discount Type, which is similar to that of Buy Now Offers.

If Advocacy Offer type is selected, the screen will include Offer Email Template options, such as Viral Video, Print Coupon, Cash Commission, Recruit Referrers, and Refer Now.

If Engagement Offer type is selected, the screen will include an Offer Type field with options like Welcome Bonus, Activity Bonus, Feature Intro, AppUse, Log BackIn, and LevelUp Reminder.

# Offer Spec Attributes

The Offer Spec Attributes screen is a section of the Create New Offer form that appears after selecting the offer category and provides additional fields for configuring the offer. Depending on the selected offer category, different attributes may appear on the screen.

In the case of Buy Now offer type, the Offer Spec Attributes screen includes fields such as Reward Option Selection, Offer Landing Page URL, Search Keywords, Custom Category Tags, Serving Area Type, and Adhoc Attributes. These fields allow businesses to further customize the offer and provide more information to customers about the offer.

The Reward Option Selection field allows businesses to select the reward option for the offer, such as cashback, discount, or points. The Offer Landing Page URL field allows businesses to enter the URL of the landing page where customers can redeem the offer. The Search Keywords field allows businesses to add keywords related to the offer to help customers find the offer more easily. The Custom Category Tags field allows businesses to tag the offer with custom categories for better organization. The Serving Area Type field allows businesses to select the type of area where the offer is available, such as a specific city or nationwide. Finally, the Adhoc Attributes field allows businesses to add any additional attributes they wish to include in the offer.

# Notification Content

The Offer Notification feature in NextBee Loyalty Program allows businesses to send customized emails to their customers when an offer is available or when an offer has been redeemed. The email includes a subject line and a body with a WYSIWYG editor, as well as options to upload a raw HTML file or download a sample file for customization. There is also a Preview Template feature that allows businesses to preview how the email will look when it is received by the customer.

# Subject Line

The Subject Line field allows businesses to enter a subject line for the email notification. The subject line should be clear and compelling, and should reflect the content of the email.

# Email Body

The Email Body field includes a WYSIWYG editor for creating the content of the email notification. Businesses can use this editor to format the text, add images and links, and customize the overall look and feel of the email.

# Upload Raw HTML File

The Upload Raw HTML File option allows businesses to upload raw HTML code if they prefer to create their email content using HTML rather than the WYSIWYG editor.

# Download Sample File

The Download Sample File option allows businesses to download a sample email template which can be used as a starting point for customization.

# Preview Template

The Preview Template feature allows businesses to preview how the email will look when it is received by the customer. This allows businesses to make any necessary changes to ensure the email looks and reads as intended.

The Offer Details section displays information such as the offer name, offer type, start and end dates, status, and other relevant information. This section allows businesses to quickly view and manage their offers, and it also includes a status toggle button that allows businesses to enable or disable an offer with just one click.

# Attributes

The Attributes section of the Offer Details View displays additional information related to the offer, such as the offer landing page URL, search keywords, custom category tags, serving area type, and ad-hoc attributes. This section provides businesses with a more detailed view of the offer and allows them to make informed decisions about offer performance and optimization.

In addition to the Offer Details and Attributes sections, the Offer Details View also includes an Edit button in the top right corner, which takes businesses to the Offer Edit screen. The Offer Edit screen allows businesses to make changes to the offer configuration, such as updating the offer name, start and end dates, or offer type.

# Edit Offer

The Edit Offer screen in the NextBee Loyalty Program is a section that allows businesses to make changes to an existing offer. The Edit Offer screen is accessible by clicking the Edit button on the Offer Details View, and it is organized into three sections: Offer Specs, Offer Specs Attributes, and Notification Content.

# Offer Specs

The Offer Specs section of the Edit Offer screen allows businesses to make changes to the basic offer details, such as the offer name, start and end dates, and reward options. However, the offer type and offer category cannot be edited once an offer is created.

# Offer Specs Attributes

The Offer Specs Attributes section allows businesses to make changes to the additional attributes of the offer, such as the offer landing page URL, search keywords, custom category tags, serving area type, and ad-hoc attributes. This section provides businesses with greater control over the offer configuration and allows them to optimize offer performance.

# Notification Content

The Notification Content section of the Edit Offer screen allows businesses to make changes to the email notification associated with the offer. Businesses can modify the subject line, email body, and upload raw HTML or sample files. This section also allows businesses to preview the email template before sending it to customers.
