# List of Campaigns

The Campaigns tab in the NextBee Insights Dashboard displays a list of all the campaigns that have been created for the loyalty program. The list includes important details such as the ID, Campaign Type, Campaign Name, Duration, Stats, Status, Execution Log, and Details.

# Campaign Type

The Campaign Type column lists the type of campaign, which can be one of the predefined campaigns such as Daily Points Summary, Weekly Points Summary, Monthly Points Summary, Expiration Points, Custom Email, Program Awareness, What's New, Program Success, Program Best Practices, or Brand Story.

# Campaign Name

The Campaign Name column allows the user to assign a name to the campaign.

# Duration

The Duration column indicates the period between two dates during which the campaign is active.

# Status:

The Status column displays the status of the campaign, which can be either a draft or an active campaign.

# Execution Log:

The Execution Log button provides access to the job execution log for the campaign, which includes information about the success or failure of the job runs, any error messages, and more.

# Details:

The Details button opens the campaign details dialog, which provides additional information about the campaign.

# Update Priority

The NextBee Loyalty Program provides a way for businesses to manage and prioritize their email campaigns. The "Update Priority" button allows business owners or team members to change the order in which campaigns are executed. This is done through a user-friendly drag-and-drop window, where campaigns can be moved up or down to change their priority.

# Create Campaign

There are 4 sections on the Create Campaign screen. the following: Campaign Details, Audience Tracking, and Template

# Campaign Details

The Campaign Details section is where the main information about the campaign is entered. This includes the Campaign Name, Type, Start and End Dates, and the Frequency of execution. These details help to define the purpose and scope of the campaign and ensure that it runs smoothly and effectively.

# Audience

The Audience section is where the target audience for the campaign is specified. This could include all members, specific segments, or even individual members. By selecting the right audience, the campaign can be tailored to reach the most relevant people, which will help to increase its impact and effectiveness.

In the Audience tab, the first step is to select either the OR or AND criteria operator. This operator determines how the audience criteria will be applied. Once the operator is selected, the business owner or team member can add various types of audiences to the criteria.

Examples of audiences that can be added include "All Active Users", "Users Not Logged In", "Users with no points", "Users having points available", "Users not logged in for x days", and "New Users registered in the last x days". These audience criteria allow the business owner to target specific groups of users and tailor their marketing campaigns accordingly.

# Tracking

The Tracking Tab in the Create Campaign section is used to select a specific activity to track and send emails to only those members who have participated in that activity.

In this tab, there is a text box that lists out the available activities as the user types, making it user-friendly. The user can select an activity or leave it blank and proceed to the next screen. The purpose of this tab is to target specific members based on their participation in certain activities, allowing for more personalized and effective communication.

# Template

The Template section of the Create Campaign feature is where the content of the email campaign is created and designed. This section includes the subject line, email content, and any other relevant information. A user-friendly template designer is provided, allowing the business owner or team member to create and edit beautiful templates with ease. The clear and effective design of the template helps to communicate the message of the campaign clearly, increasing engagement and driving desired actions among members.
