The NextBee Loyalty Program Participant Member table contains an extensive number of columns such as First Name, Last Name, Email and many more columns such as address details, demographic details, work details etc. But sometimes the business owner may want to add more columns of their own. For that reason, there is an additional table called Member Attributes. In the Member Attributes table, we can store any number of additional columns that can be saved in the form of Key Value pairs. While the key represents column name the value is the value of the column

The member attributes section provides a comprehensive view of all the attributes associated with a particular member. Each attribute is displayed in a key-value format, making it easy to understand and quickly find the information you're looking for.

The pull-down icon at the beginning of each member record indicates that additional attributes are available, and by simply clicking on a member record, a new row is revealed that displays the member attributes in a clear and concise manner.
