The Reset Password feature is located on the Member Edit page, and it allows administrators to change the password of any member in the loyalty program. This feature provides an additional level of control and management over the program, and helps to ensure that member passwords are kept secure.

The Reset Password section of the Member Edit page contains two fields for entering a password and confirming the password, as well as a submit button. The password must contain at least 8 characters, including at least one capital letter, one special character, one lowercase letter, and one number.

Once a valid password has been entered, the form can be submitted, and the member's password will be changed. It's important to note that members can also change their password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the program website and resetting their password.

The reset password form provides a tool called “Generate Password”, that generates a strong password meeting the password requirements. This can be useful if the user is unsure how to set a password that meets the minimum requirements, which include a minimum length of 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
