Member Profile

The Member Profiles page provides a comprehensive view of individual members in the loyalty program. This page is accessible from the Members tab of the Reports section in the dashboard.
In the details window, there are two buttons located on the top right side of the page: Purge Member and Edit Member. The Purge Member button allows you to remove a member data, while the Edit Member button allows you to edit the member's information.
To the left of the profile details section, there are six tabs vertically aligned that provide additional information about the selected member. These tabs are labeled as follows:
Profile: The currently selected tab that displays the member's profile information.
Activity: Displays a list of activities performed by the member, including information such as date, type, and status.
Rewards: Displays a list of rewards earned by the member, including information such as reward type, date earned, and status.
Segments: Displays the member's segment information, including information such as segment name, date added, and status.
Points: Displays a list of the member's points transactions, including information such as date, type, and points earned/redeemed.
Analytics and Messages: Displays a list of the member's analytics and messages, including information such as date, type, and status.
