The list exports feature in NextBee Insights Dashboard provides users with the ability to download a wide range of lists of program members, with a user-friendly filtering system.

# Viewing Existing Lists

The existing lists can be viewed by visiting the list exports feature in the dashboard. This displays a list of records, including the ID, List Name, Action Type, Created Date, Status, and Download Action.

# Creating New Lists

To create a new list, simply click the "Create New Filter" button on the top right side of the page. This will open a form where you can create a new list export action.

The List Exports feature in the NextBee Insights Dashboard provides the ability to create a new filter for downloading a list of program members.

# Steps to Create a New Filter

Give a Name to the List: The first step is to give a meaningful name to the list.

  • Action Type: The second step is to select the action type, which is currently set to downloading the list.

# Activity Conditions

  • In/Not In Activity: Specify a selected activity that is In or Not In the scope of the filter using the In/Not In dropdown, followed by a multi-select activity dropdown.
  • Date of Activity: Specify the date of activity between two date values.

# Activity Attribute Conditions

Specify an activity attribute condition by entering the attribute name, operator, and attribute value.

# Segment Conditions

Specify a segment condition by choosing the segment is In/Not In statement, then selecting the segments in a multi-select dropdown. A date range can also be specified for the segment condition.

# Reward Points Conditions

Specify a reward points condition by selecting points tag rule, operator, and value.

  • Create Filter: The last step is to click the "Create Filter" button after successfully filling out the form. This will create the filter and redirect to the List Exports landing page. Alternatively, the user can click the "Cancel" button and return to the landing page.

  • Note: Only two conditions can be selected from the four options given. In most cases, two conditions are enough to get the desired filtered list.
