# Downloads Report

Reports can be generated from various sections of the dashboard, such as members, activities, points, segments, etc. Once a report is generated, it can be downloaded in real-time or checked for completion status in the Downloads report.

If a report is missed during real-time downloading, the Downloads report provides a centralized location to check the completion status of the report. This allows users to easily determine which reports have finished generating and are ready to be downloaded.

# Report Information

The report includes the following columns: ID, Title, Report Type, Requested Time, Completion Time, Status, and Scheduled (Y/N). The "Status" column indicates the state of the report, whether it is new, in progress, or completed and ready to download.
