# Overview

The Configuration menu in the NextBee Insights Dashboard is designed to help business owners and team members manage and customize their loyalty program with ease. The menu provides access to various functionalities that are crucial to the success of the program. The three sub-menus in the Configuration menu are Engagements, Data Pipelines, and Pixel Scripts. Each of these sub-menus plays a key role in configuring different aspects of the loyalty program, and they are all interconnected to ensure that the program runs smoothly and aligns with the business's objectives.

# Engagements

The Engagements menu provides access to tabs related to configuration of various objects such as Activities, Points Rules, Rewards, Segments, and Offers. These tabs help in aligning the objects to the business logic.

# Data Pipelines

Data Pipelines are automated jobs that are used to process data from external sources, either for importing or exporting purposes. They can be customized according to the needs of the business.

# Pixel Scripts

Pixel Scripts are scripts that are hosted on the client's website to track various activities such as purchase, referral, etc. These scripts help in tracking the engagement of customers and provide valuable insights into their behavior.
