# Create New Auto Trigger

The Create New Auto Trigger form in the NextBee Loyalty Program allows business owners or team members to create automated offers that are triggered by a customer's membership status in the loyalty program.

The first step is to choose the segment for which the offer will be triggered.

The second step is to choose the offer that will be triggered.

# Choose Trigger Time
